IAC Services recently tendered and were successfully awarded by IBM the prestigious contract to supply and install all labour and materials for the mechanical ventilation and cooling requirements to the new IRS Integrated Racking Solution) Demo Room at the IBM Southbank Site.

IAC services relationship with Watermark started back in 2007 on the prestigious 114 acre lake development The Landings. Based in the Cotswolds this second property development consists of 40 superior New England style lakeside properties.

Over the past three years IAC Services have provided a full design and build installation package to the Corals Estate in respect of their expansion and growth programme.

We were appointed directly by the owner of this property to design, supply and install a comprehensive Daikin VRV air conditioning system throughout. Set in the Golden Triangle of Quinta do Lago, this stunning majestic property is said to be one of the most impressive estates in the Central Algarve.

IAC Services have recently designed, supplied and installed a Daikin VRV simultaneous heating and cooling system into 14 new modular offices. The system comprises of a ducted air handling unit being installed within the ceiling void of each office and a range of supply and return ductwork between the air handling unit and the ceiling.
