IAC were recently commissioned by Select Butchery Ltd to design supply and install a new super efficient Pack system for their meat processing plant in Hainault, Essex.

IAC were employed by Artemis Interior Services to deliver a Cat A fit out to a two storey project in Kings Road, London.

Following a fire throughout the Club Motivation Leisure area of the hotel IAC were employed to rebuild the mechanical infrastructure working in conjunction with the main contractor.

We were originally employed by Mandarin Oriental hotels back in the summer of 2009 for a minor works strip-out package with a value of Circa £200K. The works extended to Circa 3.7mill over a 4 year period.

It should be noted that all these works were carried out in a fully operational 5 star hotel in the centre of Knightsbridge whereby special attention needed to be paid to noise, circumstance and Health and Safety matters.

IAC Services were appointed as principle contractor for the design, supply and installation of Daikin VRV Air Conditioning Equipment into 5 Hotels recently refurbished for Holiday Inn in an order valued at over £2M.
